Portuguese Lettuce with Poem A5 Risograph

€15.00

An A5 risograph print of lettuce or alface with a short poem. This print comes as part of a series based on fruits and vegetables. You can find more of my work on instagram at @emma.make

Each print is different due to the nature of the printer. The prints are hand drawn on my surface laptop and printed onto 140g ivory card. They are printed in Lisbon, Portugal by Desisto studio using a risograph printer. They are unframed and 15x21cm

Risograph is an affordable printing technique that utilises soy inks. It's considered more environmentally friendly than traditional printing methods.
The printer gives a characterful texture to the print but also expect some mis-registration due to this technique (as seen in photos)

Prints will be posted in cardboard tubes from Lisbon, Portugal using correio azul. When you receive the print it will be tightly rolled. Roll it in the opposite direction to unroll.
